E-filing & Physical File

There are currently 24 Superior Courts in California that require E-filing to date. More counties will be going live with their E-filing program as time progresses. For all the other counties, physical court filings are required. Seekpoint Legal has an all-in-one system that allows you to file throughout all of California.
